CANCELLATION POLICY
Architect Pictures do not offer refunds; however, Architect Pictures do provide credit that you the Client may redeem within 12 months of your booked initial session/event date. Architect Pictures do require 48 hour notice prior to the session/event if the Client would like to cancel, re-book or have any rearrangements. Please note that the re-booking event date is still first come first serve, and the Client may only re-book only once using the existing credit. In the event, credit is not redeemed within 12 months of your booked initial session/event date, the Client understands that the credit will be forfeited and the Client has initiated cancellation of Service Agreement.

Should the Client, for whatever reason, cancel their Service Agreement with Architect Pictures, the Client hereby agrees to provide written notice of intent to cancel that agreement. There shall be no refund of deposits due to the reservation of the wedding date. In addition, there shall be no refund towards additional payments made and will be considered payment for services rendered to date. Architect Pictures will provide prompt accounting and billing of services to date, including, but not limited to, booking fees for vendors booked to date, reimbursement for any items purchased on behalf of the Client, and any other applicable charges for payment in full.

In the event of past due or non payment of fees as indicated in the Payment Schedule, Architect Pictures reserve the right to cease services until the account is brought current. Architect Pictures reserve the right to terminate the Service Agreement by written notice for any accounts past due 30 days. In the event of cancellation by Architect Pictures due to non payment of fees by the Client, all payments made to Architect Pictures by the Client will be considered payment for services to date. 

COPYRIGHT POLICY

Photography and cinematography produced by Architect Pictures are protected by Federal Copyright Laws and may not be reproduced in any manner without explicitly written consent from Architect Pictures. Service Agreements with Architect Pictures all include a print and display release, thereby granting the Client permission to exhibit and display the images and video for personal use. The Client may not alter any image or any portion of video, sell any image or any portion of video, or otherwise use any image or any portion of video for financial gain, unless with prior permission and as a provision under the Service Agreement from Architect Pictures.

MODEL RELEASE

Upon entering the Service Agreement, it is understood the Client grants Architect Pictures the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and video of the Client and any members of their party that were present during any portion of the Client session at specified venues or events. Use for publication includes editorial, trade, advertising, education, or any other purpose and in any manner or medium to alter the same without restriction, and to copyright the same without restriction. The Client releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of the images and video .

LOCATION PERMITS

Architect Pictures is limited by the rules, regulations, and guidelines of specified venues or events, and the Client agrees to accept the technical consequences of those limitations. The Client is responsible to negotiate with the appropriate representatives of venues or events for any temporary modifications to those limitations in order for Architect Pictures to operate at full capacity and capability. Architect Pictures will do their best to promptly identify and offer technical recommendations only. In addition, the Client is responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all locations on which Architect Pictures will be performing services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Architect Pictures will not be responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond its control including but not limited to Client or guest tardiness or obtrusiveness, weather conditions, schedule complications, venue or event regulations, or lack of communication that prevents Architect Pictures from rendering services as specified by the Service Agreement. Architect Pictures will not be responsible for background or lighting conditions that may negatively impact or restrict coverage of the session or event, for which Architect Pictures will not be held accountable for any level of failure to deliver images or video, or both, of content specified by the Service Agreement.

In the unlikely event that Architect Pictures is unable to perform services as specified by the Service Agreement due to factors beyond the control of Architect Pictures, Architect will make reasonable effort to communicate and work with the Client or representatives of the Client to resolve those factors that limit rendering of services. Otherwise, in cases that Architect Pictures do have control of factors, such as digital files being lost, stolen, or destroyed from camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, Architect Pictures will assume liability to return of all payments received for provisions of Service Agreement. The limit of liability for partial loss will be a prorated based on percentage of total number of images and/or video files lost.

COMPLETION SCHEDULE

For non-wedding sessions by default, a session typically takes about 2 to 2.5 weeks for us to process and edit all photos and/or video footage depending on scope. In the unlikely event Architect Pictures require more time to complete the Service Agreement, Architect Pictures will contact the Client and inform them of delays and the revised completion date. Written correspondence will also be used as confirmation from both parties to the revised completion date, and should be considered as an addendum to the Service Agreement. Architect Pictures do offer a fast-delivery option (3 to 5 business day turnaround) to accommodate any urgency (please contact us for details) for any type of Service Agreement. For weddings, unless specified on the Service Agreement, turnaround time is 1-2 months after the wedding date. Quality takes time, and Architect Pictures process and edit all photos and video with utmost care so that all selected and edited photos and video would reflect the same quality you have seen on the Architect Pictures website.
